Amaryllis has foaled the first filly of the season. This athletic bay filly is her first foal and represents an excellent effort for a maiden mare. She has good size and quality. She is an effortless mover much like her group winning dam.

Almaviva has produced an impressive filly by Tavistock. This filly is a half sister to smart Singapore  performer Precisely. Almaviva will be represented by an imposing colt by Alamosa in the Pencarrow Stud draft for 2013.

Velvet and Satin has taken advantage of a break in the spring weather to produce a lovely filly by Pins. The foal is a full sister to stakeswinner Bespoke and a half sister to recent debut winner Elysium. Velvet and Satin will be represented by a grey colt by Mastercraftsman in the Pencarrow draft for 2013.

Inniskillen has produced a bay colt by proven sire Testa Rossa. Inniskillen is a winning half sister to champion filly Insouciant. Her two previous foals were colts by Darci Brahma.  Her 2012 mating will be to Keeper in an attempt to produce a three-quarter sibling to Insouciant.

Group winning mare Santagostino has produced her fourth foal, a colt by leading stallion Lonhro. This is her first colt and he is a very smart and active individual. Santagostino will visit Pins this season

Zygadene has foaled an impressive filly by established sire Keeper. A talented race mare in her own right, Zygadene is a sister to outstanding broodmare Lafleur. She has an exceptional yearling colt by Commands in the Pencarrow premier draft for karaka 2013.

Ethereal has delivered an impressive bay filly by Rip van winkle. This foal has all the attributes required to emulate her famous parents, scope, frame and an effortless action. She will be a welcome addition to the Pencarrow racing team in seasons to come.

Felenic completed a busy day in the foaling paddock when delivering a robust filly by leading sire Darci Brahma. Felenic is a stakes winning Cape Cross mare from an Oaks winning family. She is maturing into her role as a broodmare and this filly represents her best effort to date. She will be bred to Keeper this season.

French Fancy has presented Pencarrow stud with the first Progeny of home bred stallion Prince Conti. This bay filly carries a duplication of Danehill and Sir Tristram in the third generation. She carries many of the physical attributes of her famous grandparents and is thriving in the pleasant spring conditions..

Mareva has foaled an impressive bay filly by Champion Miler Rip Van Winkle. A daughter of Zabeel, Mareva is a half-sister to New Zealand Bloodstock Filly of the Year Shikoba. Her three-year-old filly by Darci Brahma was an impressive trial winner recently.

Ruppertsburg has started the weekend rolling with the delivery of an impressive bay filly by Darci Brahma. Bred on the established cross of Darci Brahma and Montjeu, this foal has a real presence coupled with bone and natural muscle.

Miraflores has foaled an impressive bay colt by promising young sire Casino Prince. Earlier in the day Casino Prince underlined his potential by producing Longport to win the Tea Rose Stakes(Group Two) at Randwick. Miraflores is from a prolific family that has crossed well with Australian sires in the past. That formula appears to have worked well again in this case.

Oh So Precious has continued her line of outstanding progeny with the delivery of a Mastercraftsman colt. Oh So Precious always produces impressive  foals with size and quality. This colt is no exception. Pencarrow Stud will offer a full brother in their draft for Karaka 2013.

Vercors has produced an impressive colt by Bel Esprit. This is an excellent effort from a young mare who has made a good start to her breeding career. Her first foal, a filly by Stratum, is in training with Graham Richardson. Vercors was a stakeswinner and also placed at Group 2 level.

Pencarrow Stud has welcomed their first progeny by outstanding miler Makfi. Sopra Tutto has delivered a colt who is sure to please all connections. A daughter of Ethereal, Sopra Tutto produced a lovely filly by High Chaparral last season. That filly will join the racing team next season.
