Macchiato has the honour of delivering the first foal for 2011. A strong bay filly by first season sire Tavistock, this filly is a half sister to stakeswinner Harb. Macchiato was an exciting racemare winning on four occassions before injury cutailed her career.

Sarwatch has foaled an impressive brown filly by leading sire More than Ready. Sarwatch is a multiple group winner and 'Filly of the year'. She hails from a Pencarrow family that includes star performers such as Riverina Charm, Paolino and Mirandola. This filly is also a half sister to consistent Singapore performer Noble Manor.

Lucky be Lucky has the honour of producing the first colt for 2011, delivering an impressive individual by Darci Brahma. Already the dam of stakes mare Santangelo Lucky be Lucky is a daughter of renowned international sire Storm Cat. Darci Brahma continues to impress with his first crop of runners.

Velvet and Satin has delivered a strong bay colt by first season sire Mastercraftsman. This mare is a half sister to Melbourne Cup winner Ethereal and was placed in the 1000 Guineas at Riccarton. Her breeding career is off to a great start with Bespoke winning the Welcome Stakes (LR).

Insouciant has delivered an outstanding filly by champion sire O'reilly. At 64 Kilos she is the heaviest foal born so far this year. She has real bone and devlopment. We look forward to her joining the pencarrow racing team in due course. Insouciant was the champion three year old filly of her year and has made a sterling start to her breeding career. Her first foal, a filly by More than Ready has developed into a very strong yearling.

Devils Lair foaled a strong bay colt by champion sire High Chaparral. Devils Lair has been one of Pencarrow's best mares, producing three stakes winners. Santagostino, Vapour Trail and Encosta Diablo have all earned black type for her. The stud have retained her three year old filly by Pins to race.

Ethereal has produced the star of the crop so far with an oustanding colt by champion sire Encosta de Lago. This colt has size and quality, he could be a stand out in the Pencarrow draft next year. Ethereal will be represented on the racetrack by Ebullient this season. He has shown abundant promise in his brief career to date.

Oh so precious has delivered an imposing colt by Mastercraftsman. This Sadlers Wells mare will be represented by an Alamosa colt in the Pencarrow draft for 2012.  A winner in New Zealand, Oh So Precious descends from the family of 'Arc' heroine Allez France.

Almaviva has produced a strong colt by promising sire Alamosa. Unraced due to injury Almaviva showed immense promise but will have to forge a career at stud instead. She will offer a Sir Percy colt in the Pencarrow draft for 2012.

Warstep stakes winner Felenic has produced an impressive bay colt by up and coming sire Darci Brahma. Felenic is a Cape cross daughter of Marmalitre. She was Pencarrow studs first Oaks winner back in 1987. Felenic returns to Darci Brahma in 2011.

Paolino has foaled an impressive bay colt by speed sire Stratum. Paolino was a group two winner and is a daughter of champion racemare Riverina Charm.Her first foal, Mirandola was a stakes winning two year old and is now a member of the Pencarrow Broodmare band. Paolino will offer a two year old colt by Darci brahma in the hoses in training sale in November.

Poppies and Pearls has produced her first foal, a bay filly by July Cup winner Sakhee's Secret. From the international family of Peeping Fawn and Rags to Riches Poppies and Pearls will be bred to Savabeel this season.

Paint Me a Dream has produced an impressive filly by influentual stallion Charge Forward. A daughter of international sire Deputy Minister, Paint me a Dream will be represented by a Darci Brahma colt in the ready to run sale in November. She will return to Darci Brahma this season.

Divison has produced her second foal a colt by leading sire Pentire. Division is a daughter of Danehill and from a very strong international family which includes Slew of Gold and Coastal. This mare was the winner of three races and her first foal, a filly by Align has been retained by the stud.

Romanee st Vivant has produced a very strong bay colt by leading sire Keeper. A half sister to ethereal, Romanee st Vivant was a winner on two occassions. She will have an impressive colt by Henry The Navigator at the 2012 sales series.
