This Listed placed Irish mare is out of the half-sister to Group I Irish Derby winner Balanchine (by Storm Bird). Annie Daly is a half sister to Group III winners Humble Eight (by Seattle Battle), April Starlight (by Storm Bird) and Thady Quill (by Nureyev).
Annie Daly produced a filly by Danehill who sold for $420,000 at the 2005 Karaka Premier Yearling Sale and has gone on to be a dual winner in Australia. In 2007 she produced a colt by Storming Home, who has been retained by the stud, and she currently has a colt foal at foot, by Commands. |
