Palamedes (NZ)

Winning her first start in March 2020 since late November in 2019, Pierro filly Palamedes (NZ) (Pierro) has now had 22 starts for three wins and eight placings. Trained by Steven Ramsay and Julia Ritchie and raced by Sir Peter Vela, she is in career best form at the moment and is completive in any race she contests.

Palamedes is out of Papilio (NZ) (Redoute’s Choice), who herself won four races including the Listed South Island Thoroughbred Breeders’ Stakes (1600m). She is the dam of two named foals, both of them winners, with Irish Butterfly (NZ) (O’Reilly) winning twice in Australia.
