Insouciant Aiming For Stoney Bridge Stakes

The 2007/08 New Zealand Bloodstock Filly Of The Year Insouciant (Keeper x Loudenne)will be aimed at the Group 1 Stoney Bridge Stakes (1600m) at Hastings next spring.
Pencarrow Stud general manager Leon Casey said Insouciant, owned and bred by Peter and Philip Vela, is currently enjoying a spell at Pencarrow Stud.
"She will return to work early May after a lengthy break from racing and she is really thriving at present," Casey said.
"She had a fantastic season culminating in her collecting the very prestigious New Zealand Bloodstock Of The Year series title," he said.
